Moving on, this morning I went to my cycling class at 6:30am. I had to take it easy in the beginning because I got pretty shaky and lightheaded. I pushed through, rallied in the end, and went home to shower and WFH. I had my two morning shakes, a couple of my homemade cinnamon apple chips, and then threw together a quick lunch with the quinoa I cooked yesterday, raw cauliflower, those roasted garbanzo beans, kalamata olives, dressed with an EVOO/apple cider vinegar drizzle, some granulated garlic, pepper, and turmeric. I had my last piece of salmon too. The dish overall had a little less pizazz than I had hoped for but it was still good.
