After Tim and I walked to our laundromat this morning, which was unfortunately closed after they lost power randomly, we ended up walking to Whole Foods. I picked up some food to prep for the week, since I basically lived at SweetGreen every day last week - my poor wallet! After coming home and cutting up the lacinato kale, spiralizing the zucchini, roasting the butternut squash...I realized I needed to make some salad dressing. I've been in a rut with my usual easy go-to dressing, which includes raw chopped garlic; I've heard that garlic can cause some major bad bacteria growth pretty quickly, and also, raw garlic is definitely too sensitive on my stomach. I remembered seeing a quick and tasty-sounding dressing in Food Gift Love and quickly scared up the ingredients.
Alright, off to sit on the couch with my kombucha and continue devouring this lovely book!
