I went to yoga again this morning - there was a sub, and he was actually really awesome. He teaches at my gym regularly but I hadn't taken a class with him before. Lots of twists and balances, and the sequence flowed really well. I was able to transition more smoothly from low plank to up dog without dropping my thighs to my mat more than usual (still working on this). I had my first morning shake once I got home, then threw together a quick lunch to bring to the beach: quinoa, arugula, kalamata olives, shredded carrots, great northern beans, tossed with EVOO and balsamic vinegar. I had my second shake on the way there (we had to stop and buy some towels and snacks before).
